TESSI: Manual screen printing machine with guided squeegee

The manual screen printing machine model TESSI has been engineered by Mismatic to provide reliable and professional support to all screen printers who manage short-run productions but refuse to compromise on high printing quality.
The innovative guided squeegee system resolves the typical inconsistencies of hand printing: it maintains a constant squeegee pressure and angle, ensuring an even ink deposit on every single copy while drastically reducing operator fatigue.
Thanks to its counterweight system, lifting the screen frame and the squeegee assembly requires minimal effort, making this equipment ideal for flawlessly printing on a wide array of rigid and flexible sheet materials with thicknesses up to 120 mm.

Available table versions and printing sizes

To perfectly suit any specific production requirement, the TESSI screen printing press can be configured with three different types of working tables:

• Wooden table: ideal for printing on pre-cut fabrics.
• INOX steel table with vacuum: perfect for firmly holding down rigid and flexible sheets.
• INOX steel table with vacuum and air-cushion: designed to facilitate the handling of heavy and delicate materials (like wooden panels and glass sheets), effectively preventing surface scratches during loading and unloading phases.
