When dealing with industrial-sized screens, the guided squeegee system on rails becomes essential: it allows a single operator to pull the squeegee over massive surfaces while maintaining perfectly consistent pressure and angle across the entire substrate.
Equipped with a heavy-duty counterweight system to easily lift the screen and the squeegee assembly, this equipment minimizes physical fatigue. It ensures flawless printing on large glass sheets, big wooden panels, plastics, and oversized flexible substrates.

Available table versions and printing sizes

To perfectly suit any specific production requirement, the TESSI JUMBO screen printing press can be configured with three different types of working tables:

• Wooden table: ideal for printing on pre-cut fabrics.
• INOX steel table with vacuum: perfect for firmly holding down rigid and flexible sheets.
• INOX steel table with vacuum and air-cushion: designed to facilitate the handling of heavy and delicate materials (like wooden panels and glass sheets), effectively preventing surface scratches during loading and unloading phases.
