The JUMBO model is the highly advanced large format automatic stacker heavily engineered by Mismatic to completely rewrite the rules of post-press automation. Its industrial workflow is fully autonomous: the operator simply positions the empty pallet, and the equipment independently manages the entire cycle: from loading and centering to stacking and automatically unloading the full pallet. This total automation effectively eliminates end-of-line bottlenecks, drastically minimizes human intervention, and highly maximizes your plant’s overall productivity.

One-click format changeover and encoder-driven precision

What truly sets the JUMBO apart as an engineering masterpiece is its extreme operational versatility combined with cutting-edge Industry 4.0 smart technology. Thanks to our highly intuitive proprietary software, format changeovers are fully automated and executed with just a single click. Operators can easily save specific dimensional settings (ranging from smaller sheets up to huge 3000×1800 mm boards) as easily recallable custom “recipes”.
The lateral and rear pushers, which are heavily equipped with precision encoder-driven motors, dynamically self-configure to the exact pallet dimensions. This guarantees absolute precision and perfectly neat stacks that are instantly ready for the next processing stages, even at top production speeds. Furthermore, the stacker is equipped with a next-generation Ethernet/Wi-Fi router, delivering secure remote assistance and allowing full machine control directly from tablets and smartphones.
