Curing inks on convex, three-dimensional materials (such as metal spray cans, plastic bottles, or cylindrical containers) heavily requires flawless heat management to completely avoid warping or melting the substrate. For this exact reason, the 3D object dryer can be uniquely configured based on the customer’s exact thermal specifications: it is available with infrared-only technology, or with a powerful combined infrared and hot air system.
The material handling is equally customizable: the Kevlar® reinforced fibreglass belt is available for standard lightweight items (such as metal spray cans), whereas the heavy-duty zinc-coated sticks belt is highly recommended for securely transporting heavier 3D objects (such as resin-encapsulated electrical transformers).
The entire equipment is strictly manufactured on demand, allowing the customer to freely choose the exact dimensions of the tunnel and the conveyor belt according to their required production volumes and available factory floor space.
