Customizable tunnel oven with advanced curing technologies

The greatest competitive advantage of this curing unit deeply lies in its extreme engineering versatility. To perfectly adapt to the specific chemistry of your chosen inks (such as Plastisol inks which only require radiant heat, or water-based and discharge inks that strictly demand rapid moisture evaporation), the equipment is heavily customizable and available in two distinct thermal configurations: infrared only, or the powerful combined infrared and hot air version.
Furthermore, to optimally support your specific printed substrates and withstand intense operating temperatures, the oven can be equipped with two different types of conveyor belts: a highly durable Kevlar® reinforced fibreglass mesh (the absolute standard for textile applications), or a heavy-duty belt made of zinc-coated sticks, which is perfectly suited for heavier materials and special industrial applications.
