1977

We manufacture the first worldwide carousel automatic screen printing machine for the textile field. The machine has 7 colours and 16 tables.


We introduce the infrared (IR) technology for the drying of printed fabrics. We produce the first worldwide IR screen printing dryer.


1980

We expand our product range with the addition of the cylinder automatic screen printing machines.


We introduce the ultraviolet (UV) technology into the graphic field. We produce the first worldwide UV screen printing dryer.


1983

We manufacture the first worldwide automatic screen printing line for the production of printed circuit boards. The machine is equipped with feeder, dryer and stacker.


1984

We expand our product range with the addition of the reel-to-reel automatic screen printing machines. Two models are especially important: the first one is aimed at textile industry; the second one has been developed to print on acetate and polyester and it is aimed at transfers on rubber industry.


We produce the first worldwide carousel automatic screen printing machine to print paper and PVC sheets. The machine has 4 colours and 10 tables and it is equipped with feeder, UV hoods and stacker.


1986

We expand our product range with the addition of screen printing machines for promotional articles.


1990

We expand our product range with the addition of automatic screen printing lines with rotating grippers system for the sheet handling. A machine is particular noteworthy: with 4 colours for the production of plastic semifinished products, it is aimed at the optics field.


1994

We expand our product range with the addition of the oval automatic screen printing machines for the textile field.


1995

We produce an automatic screen printing line for printing on iron plates. The machinery is equipped with feeder, dryer and stacker.


We manufacture the biggest worldwide feeder for paper sheets of 140 x 180 cm with a production of 4000 sheets per hour.


1996

We revolutionise the glass field with the production of fully automated screen printing equipment. We produce the biggest worldwide printing machine for glass sheets with a printing size of 200 x 360 cm.


1997

We produce the worldwide biggest carousel automatic screen printing machine. The machine has 12 colours, 28 tables and a diameter of 10 meters.


1998

We produce the first worldwide system to automatically supply ink. The system works without motors, it uses only compressed air.


2006

We expand our product range with the addition of low-energy consumption infrared (IR) screen printing dryers.


2008

We produce the first worldwide automatic screen printing line for the production of RFID tags.


2009

We manufacture a semiautomatic screen printing machine for wide sizes for the wood and glass industry.


2011

We manufacture the first worldwide screen printing line to print paper, PVC sheets and wooden panels. The machinery is equipped with infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) dryers.


2012

We produce a carousel automatic screen printing machine (5 colours and 7 tables) with a printing size of 80 x 100 cm but a diameter of only 5 meters.


2014

We restart Satin System, a wide range of products providing a way to chemically etch glasses, mirrors, ceramic, porcelain, marble and slate. Both the artist and the industry can use these products.


2016

We manufacture the first worldwide automatic screen printing machine to print swimming caps. The machine can print both on the front and back side of the cap.


2017

We produce the first energy saving ultraviolet (UV) screen printing dryer. The system is equipped with a latest technology electronic device (made in USA) to control the power delivered to the UV lamp. This allows for energy savings up to 40% compared to dryers that still use traditional devices.


2019

We manufacture the first single-colour automatic screen printing machine for printing garments. We call it Sophia in honour of Massimiliano Carnevale’s first daughter.


2020

The era of Industry 4.0 begins. All machines equipped with PLC and monitor can be equipped with an Ethernet / Wi-Fi router for connected services.


2022

Sophia evolves into Lorenzo, which unlike the first has a printing table equipped with vacuum system. We call it Lorenzo in honor of Massimiliano Carnevale’s second son.


2022

Sophia grows and evolves into Sophia DS. Now the garment can be printed, dried and reprinted!
