Every linear system we build is a unique, custom-made project, engineered from scratch based on your operational specifications. We perfectly size the frame rigidity, the gearmotor power, and the drive chain pitch based on three essential parameters: the payload mass, the useful length, and the front width.
This approach allows us to deliver a robust linear conveyor capable of withstanding continuous duty cycles and wear without flexing, ensuring maximum positioning accuracy.

Design selection: aluminum, steel slats, or tray conveyors?

Selecting the right material and conveying surface geometry is critical for your line’s efficiency. We will configure your conveyor with the most suitable engineering solution for your product:

• Aluminum slats: the ideal choice for light automation, packaging, and clean assembly lines. They provide excellent mechanical strength combined with a reduced structural weight.
• Steel slats (galvanized or stainless): built for heavy-duty environments. Galvanized steel slats are widely used in heavy logistics and mechanical sectors to withstand high impact and wear. Stainless steel is mandatory for corrosion resistance, frequent washdowns, or high-temperature processes.
• Custom tray conveyors: when handling specific components, small parts, or precision elements (e.g., automotive emblems, small mechanical hardware), standard flat slats are not enough. We design systems featuring 4-sided closed trays securely attached to the chain drive system, with each tray spaced a few millimeters apart. This ensures that every single piece or batch travels perfectly contained, organized, and separated from the next one during the processing stages.
