Belt materials: choosing between fiberglass mesh, PU, and PVC

Every industrial sector faces unique operational challenges. That is why we configure your conveyor by selecting the highest-performing belt material for your specific application:

• Mesh conveyor belts (fiberglass / Kevlar®): the mandatory choice for thermal processes, industrial ovens, drying, and UV curing. The open-mesh belt, made of fiberglass and reinforced with Kevlar®, withstands extreme high temperatures (up to 250°C / 482°F) while ensuring excellent airflow and heat dissipation.
• Polyurethane (PU) conveyor belts: the premium option for superior mechanical strength. Solid PU belts offer exceptional resistance to abrasion, cuts, and industrial oils or greases. They are highly recommended for demanding mechanical applications and food processing environments.
• PVC conveyor belts: the most versatile and widely used solution for general logistics, packaging, and standard assembly lines at room temperature. They provide excellent stability, smooth tracking, and overall operational efficiency.
