The engineering behind the automatic screen washer is meticulously designed to guarantee unmatched cleaning performance and a drastic reduction in chemical consumable costs. The washing area performs a deep cleaning action thanks to the powerful synergy between 5 spray bars and 2 rotating cylindrical brushes, which mechanically break down even the most stubborn inks. To make the entire process highly eco-friendly and cost-effective, the equipment utilizes a closed-loop solvent circulation system: the dirty solvent drains into a dedicated recovery tank equipped with a filter drawer (which features manual cleaning), allowing the liquid to be continuously reused.
Following the wash, the dedicated drying area takes over, utilizing 2 powerful blowers and 1 suction exhaust fan to ensure the mesh exits completely dry and streak-free.
