Three operating modes for maximum production flexibility

a) Semiautomatic: the operator manually loads the glass sheet onto the table, the substrate is precisely screen printed by the press, and it is then manually unloaded by a second operator.
b) 3/4 automatic: the operator manually loads and registers the glass; the sheet is screen printed and then automatically unloaded towards the dryer (not included) via an integrated take-off system, drastically reducing downtime.
c) Fully automatic: operating as part of a continuous inline system, the glass sheet (coming directly from an upstream roller conveyor) automatically crosses the loading area of the machine. It is then accurately screen printed and automatically unloaded towards the downstream curing oven (not included). This mode eliminates manual handling and heavily maximizes your hourly industrial output.
