Bright prints on dark garments: the advanced automatic screen printing press

Achieving vibrant, bright results when printing light inks on dark garments requires a very specific process: the colour must be printed a first time, dried for a few seconds under a flash hood, and then reprinted.
The original Sophia model cannot automate this cycle because its printing table moves in only one direction. SOPHIA DS overcomes this completely. We engineered this advanced automatic screen printing press with a highly efficient bi-directional system. The printing table can seamlessly move both to the left (serving as the garment loading and unloading area) and to the right (operating as the dedicated flash drying area).
